Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience. Is there any obstruction between your Denon AVR-S960H and the hub? Because the X series signals are all transmitted from the hub. The remote control itself does not have infrared signals. Therefore, there needs to be a direct line of sight between the hub and the device. If there is an obstruction between your hub and Denon AVR-S960H, you need to use an IR blaster. Please press the buttons on the original remotes of the Denon AVR-S960H and check if any lights flash on the surface of your Denon. Then plug the IR blasters into the back of our hub and attach the heads of the IR blasters to this area.
Yes, thank you for your suggestion. I will share it with our team to assess its feasibility and consider whether to add this feature in future updates.
Is this something you would consider adding in the future? I'm sure its a common issue.
How did the IR accessory from Verizon work out?
How did the Verizon IR adaptor work out?
I solved quite simple. I use the IR command to the Xiaomi TV (still works with IR - found it in the DB) and assign it to the TV button (Macro). Also reprogramme the power button. At end I hide the IR remote to not appear on the menu of the command. All works fine (just to remmember the power is IR, and must be at sight of the TV ... all other buttons are BT (you can only program the TV button to IR and left the power in BT if you want BT and IR). Hope it helps
